Santos Skeleton Large (Rose Gold)

The Santos square has been Cartier's since 1904, and the skeleton version turns the watch inside out without losing the shape. Roman numerals form the bridges, so the dial and the movement are the same object.

Fun fact: An open worked movement has nowhere to hide dust or dried oil, so a skeleton Cartier usually goes in for service because of how it looks rather than how it runs. The bracelet still comes off without tools on the QuickSwitch catch.
