F.P. Journe reference EL TY TI 48 D BLK. The Élégante is Journe's electromechanical line: a quartz movement that senses when the watch is off the wrist and stops the hands to save power, restarting and resetting itself the moment it goes back on. The 48mm tortue case is Titalyt, a titanium alloy hardened at the surface, worn here on an orange rubber strap against a black dial.
A small seconds sits at 8 o'clock, and the motion detector responsible for the standby function is left visible on the dial rather than hidden in the movement.
