Chronograph Perpetual Calendar (Ruby, Platinum)
Ref. 5271/12P-010

Message on WhatsAppPatek Philippe made the first serially produced perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatch, reference 1518, in 1941, and the combination has been a pillar of its Grand Complications ever since. Reference 5271 is the gem-set member of the family: a platinum case whose bezel and lugs are lined with baguette-cut rubies.
This Patek Philippe Chronograph Perpetual Calendar wears a 41mm platinum case set with baguette-cut rubies and a red gradient dial. Calibre CH 29-535 PS Q inside, on a black alligator strap.
Fun fact: calibre CH 29-535 PS is Patek's own manually wound chronograph movement, introduced in 2009; PS stands for petite seconde, the small seconds subdial, and Q for the perpetual calendar, quantième perpétuel.
